马 飞教授
马 飞 男,汉族,1968年6月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。主要从事比较基因组学与生物信息学研究。2001年7 月毕业于南京农业大学,获农业昆虫与害虫防治专业博士学位。2001年9月至2003年8月,清华大学生物信息研究所博士后。现为南京师范大学生命科学学院教授。兼任江苏省动物学会理事,江苏省生物医学工程学会生物信息学专业委员会成员,美国遗传学会会员。

1986年9月至1990年7月,安徽农学院学习,获学士学位,导师邹运鼎教授;
1990年7月至1998年8月,安徽省白湖农科所,助理农艺师、农艺师;
1998年9月至2001年7月,南京农业大学学习,获博士学位,导师程遐年教授;
2001年9月至2003年8月,清华大学生物信息研究所博士后, 合作导师李衍达院士;
2003年9月至2004年7月,厦门大学生命科学学院副教授;
2004年8月至2008年8月,辽宁师范大学生命科学学院特聘教授;
2008年8月至今,南京师范大学生命科学学院特聘教授;

研究方向
1. microRNA的进化与功能研究
采用分子生物学、比较基因组学以及生物信息学的理论与技术开展microRNA基因家族的分子进化研究。重点开展microRNA在文昌鱼以及昆虫免疫中的功能和作用机制研究,以及开展microRNA介导的癌症调控网路及其作用机制研究。
2. 比较基因组学(Comparative Genomics)
比较基因组学是通过对系统发育进化中重要物种基因和基因家族的比较分析,揭示基因、基因家族的起源和功能及其在进化过程中复杂化和多样化产生的机制。开展基因和基因家族的进化、结构与功能的关系以及人类疾病基因识别与功能等方面的研究,目的是了解所有基因和基因家族在基因组中的分布以及在演化进程中所产生的变化及其遵循的规律。
3. 生物信息学(Bioinfomatics)
主要涉及生物信息数据库及软件开发、生物信息知识发现与数据挖掘、以及microRNA介导的基因调控网络研究。
主要成就
已主持国家自然科学基金、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、863计划专题、973计划子课题以及国家转基因生物新品种培育重大科技专项子课题10余项。在Molecular Biology and Evolution, Bioinformatics, BMC Evolutionary Biology, FEBS Letters, Developmental & Comparative Immunology, Fish & Shellfish Immunology, Mutation Research等国际重要学术刊物上发表SCI收录论文30余篇。参编学术著作和教材三部。获省部级自然科学和科技进步奖各一项。已申请国家发明专利1项。
