肖振军教授
肖振军，男，汉族，1957年2月生，河南省沈丘县人，中共党员，理学博士，南京师范大学物理科学与技术学院理论物理学特聘教授，博士生导师。南京师范大学理论物理研究所所长、“江苏省理论物理重点学科”、“江苏省物理一级学科重点学科”学科带头人，“物理一级学科博士点”学科带头人，南京师范大学学位委员会委员，南京师范大学学术委员会委员。
人物履历
1983年毕业于河南大学物理系，获理学学士学位；
1987年毕业于河南师范大学物理系，获理学硕士学位；
2001年毕业于北京大学物理系，获理学博士学位；
1974年在河南省平顶山矿务局参加工作；
1992年任河南师范大学物理系副教授；
1994年破格晋升为教授；
1994-2001年，先后任河南师范大学物理系副主任，物理与信息工程学院副院长；
2001年以来，任南京师范大学理论物理学特聘教授，南京师范大学理论物理省级重点学科学科带头人，“211工程”重点建设学科学科带头人，理论物理博士点学科带头人，南京师范大学理论物理研究所所长。
1996－1997年赴英国卢瑟福国家实验室理论部合作研究，多次赴美国、英国、意大利、埃及和台湾等地参加国际学术会议。

教学工作
1988年以来，致力于理论物理的教学和科学研究工作。主讲了《原子物理学》 和《量子力学》等本科生课程， 主讲了《粒子物理学》， 《规范场理论》，《量子色动力学》、《B介子物理与CP破坏》和《标准模型理论》等研究生课程。
1994年以来，指导博士和硕士研究生70人，其中8人已经获得博士学位，49人获得硕士学位。毕业博士生刘新获得2012年度江苏省优博论文奖和2013年度国家教育部优博论文提名奖，毕业博士生王文飞获得2014年度江苏省优博论文奖。
1993年获得全国普通高校“优秀教学成果奖” 省级特等奖和国家级二等奖，两次获得省级科研一等奖，2001年获得国务院政府特殊津贴。2009年获得南京师范大学“优秀教师奖”和南京师范大学第七届“教书育人奖”，2013年获得南京师范大学“奕熙精英教师奖”
研究方向
主要从事B介子物理唯象研究、新物理量子修正计算和新物理探索研究工作。在科学研究工作中取得了有重要学术价值的研究成果。在基于标准模型、最小超引力模型和双希格斯模型，采用低能有效哈密顿量方法和微扰QCD因子化方案，通过对费曼圈图的解析计算和数值分析，对300多个B、BS 和BC介子衰变过程做了系统研究。对这些衰变道的分支比、CP破坏等可观测物理量给出了理论预言，为B介子工厂实验数据的唯象分析提供了理论支持。相关研究成果发表在“Phys.Rev.D”等著名国际学术刊物上，被BaBar、Belle、CDF、LHCb等大型国际合作组引用300多次，有重要的国际影响。
