许恒毅教授
2003-2005年于香港城市大学从事博士后研究。
2005-2014年,由德国洪堡基金会和杜塞尔多夫大学资助,在该校从事博士后研究和教学工作,并于2014年七月获得德国Habilitation。
2014年11月获聘江苏特聘教授。
主要研究兴趣包括石墨烯、量子线、量子点等介观纳米结构、器件输运性质的研究;拓扑相变和Majorana费米子的研究;超导、磁性等凝聚态量子现象的研究。已在Phys. Rev. B, Phys. Rev. Lett. Europhys. Lett. J. Phys. C等国际、国内期刊发表论文30余篇。
